U+I Mayfield

U+I are a property developer, taking on huge developments and regeneration projects that can take up to 20 years to complete. Worthwhile space is where U+I give the space to people who need it while they’re getting the regeneration project off the ground.

Many people benefit from this: Start-up companies that need workshops or office space, artists that need somewhere to sculpt or paint.
